Hi Phil,

Just a quick word to say thanks to you and your team for your help and assistance over the past few weeks in getting our two sites up and running in record time.

As you know our first site at Akjoujt, Mauritania is very remote and logistics were a nightmare. However, we managed with the help of you and your team to sort out the issues and get the site operational.

Our second site at Nouakchott, Mauritania was completed without any issue. Thanks for having everything done in advance for this site as the configuration was done in a matter of hours once we had the dish assembled and mounted.

I must also thank Lanre Ore, the engineer who assisted with the installations and completed the configurations at both our sites in Mauritania. I highly recommend Lanre to any of your clients.

Finally, I must say that I have enjoyed working with you during this project. Your sense of humor was very welcome on those days when being stuck in the middle of the desert was becoming frustrating. But overall your professionalism and the ease in which you operate made this project much easier than we anticipated.   I have attached a couple of pictures showing the sites.

Hi Neil,

It was wonderful spending my time with you people in Florida. It will be one of those memorable visit I will remember forever. Thanks for your continuous intentions to help every time and the concern shown towards my person. God bless you and your father Phil and your brother.

I am actually, in Oklahoma City packing the container with the equipment I bought. When the container leaves on Tuesday, I will the travel to Washington DC to see some friends. I will then fly from New York on the 30th of July, 2005. From there, I will be calling and writing from Cameroon. I am so eager to install the antennas when they do arrive.

I hope we shall have a long lasting business relationship. I will call you before leaving America.

Dear Phil and Leon,

I appreciate your joint efforts to help me with all these problems, and I must commend the way and manner you responds to me even when you are supposed to be sleeping. I am sorry for troubling you this much.  It has been complicated and sometimes the problem is from here and sometimes

I am sure that it is not from here.

But I must admit that today's problems was caused by my proxy machine that for some strange reasons has been using up all my Uplink capacity and when Leon discovered this and we took the machine off the network everything started working very well again.

I also appreciate the way Leon teaches me to look for problems when they occur that I can claim that I know something about Vsat and router and network management.... thanks to Leon.
